ADvTECH Schools Division is seeking a dynamic leader to join its Johannesburg education team as a senior manager. The role focuses on academic leadership, coordination of timetables, and maintaining strong links with parents and the community.

The successful candidate will drive innovation, oversee events and outreach, and ensure effective marketing and communications while upholding the Code of Conduct across the school.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years teaching and management experience in a similar environment.
• Degree and/or 4-year post-matric teaching qualification.
• SACE Registration.
• Experience leading as part of a school management team.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a member of the School management team.
• Coordinate academic programs and timetabling.
• Conduct parent interviews and respond to parental needs.
• Implement and maintain the Code of Conduct.
• Events coordination and management.
• Marketing, Public Relations and Advertising management.
• Student discipline.
• Develop Student Leadership and outreach programs.
• Coordinate outreach programs and financial management and control.
