SMYN Online Radio is seeking an In-School Supervisor responsible for leading the Adolescent and Young People (AYP) HIV prevention programme within schools in the Noordwes area. The role involves planning, coordination, and supervision while ensuring alignment with health policies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, management experience, and strong interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders effectively. A solid understanding of educational policies is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Current registration with a relevant professional regulatory body.
• Knowledge of Department of Basic Education policies.

Responsabilités

• Lead the overall planning and implementation of the in-school AYP programme.
• Conduct mapping of schools and available support services.
• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Advocate for programme support with School Management Teams.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Information team for data collection.
