Scheduling Coordinator / Appointments Booker – Cape Town

Join the Cape Town team of one of the largest providers of property marketing and real estate marketing services in the UK to provide scheduling and diary management support for internal photographers based in the UK.

Role requires working UK hours/days. Office based in Woodstock, Cape Town.

You Need

  • Solid diary, calendar & appointment scheduling experience in high-volume environments
  • Exceptional coordination and influential communication skills
  • Motivation to exceed targets for yourself and team
  • High level of Customer Service and CRM proficiency

To Do

  • Make & manage high-volume outbound calls to book & confirm photography appointments
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients, photographers, and Area Managers
  • Proactively manage performance, call volumes, appointment conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed
  • Quickly resolve scheduling conflicts or customer issues, escalating to Area Manager if necessary
  • Apply smart strategies to optimise booking and scheduling processes
  • Deliver exceptional service within SLA requirements
