Opensource Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Senior SAP Technical Consultant with deep expertise in SAP BW, BW4/HANA, ABAP and HANA development to join our global IT environment in a hybrid role based in Menlyn, Pretoria.

You will drive platform stability, performance optimisation and integration across enterprise SAP landscapes, contributing to development and continuous improvement. 7+ years in SAP BW, BW4/HANA and ABAP are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' SAP BW experience.
• 7+ years' SAP BW Operations experience.
• 7+ years' SAP ABAP Development experience.
• 7+ years' SAP HANA Development experience.
• 7+ years' SAP BW Query Development using BEx, AFO and Eclipse.
• 7+ years' Unit and Integration Testing experience.
• 7+ years' experience working with various user applications.
• SAP BWonHANA and BW4/HANA development.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support across SAP BWonHANA, BW4/HANA, HANA and SAP Portal.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Manage Problem and Change Management tickets.
• Monitor SAP BW systems, Process Chains and platform performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform stability and performance.
• Develop, debug and test complex ABAP programs.
• Support SAP BW modelling and development activities.
• Create and maintain ODP, RFC, SDA, SDI, file and database connections.
• Implement SAP Notes and manage transports.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis and application teams during upgrades and maintenance.
• Perform Unit, Integration, Regression and Security Testing.
• Prepare test cases, technical specifications and functional documentation.
• Support Go-Live activities and system upgrades.
• Maintain technical knowledge documentation in Confluence.
• Support knowledge sharing and training within technical teams.
