Job summary

Opensource Intelligent Solutions in South Africa is seeking an SAP ABAP Developer for a long-term contract to design, build, and support SAP HR/SuccessFactors interfaces with strong CPI/BTP integration experience.

You will implement REST/SOAP/OData integrations, map messages, troubleshoot adapters, and deliver end-to-end interfaces in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in integration roles with SAP HR/SuccessFactors integrations and SAP CPI/BTP
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end interface solutions, including design, build, test, deployment and operational support
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field

ESSENTIAL

• Proven experience designing, building and supporting SAP HR/SuccessFactors interfaces and integrations Strong hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for message mapping, integration flows, adapters and troubleshooting
• Practical experience with SAP BTP services relevant to integrations.
• Solid knowledge of REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC and other SAP integration protocols and formats

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:

• Experience with SAP HCM
• Experience with Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, Confluent Platform or managed Kafka services.

QUALFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field - or equivalent professional experience
• 3-6 years experience in integration roles with at least 3+ years focused on SAP HR/SuccessFactors integrations and SAP CPI/BTP
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end interface solutions, including design, build, test, deployment and operational support in enterprise environments
