Boardroom Appointments seeks a SAP HR Functional Consultant in Johannesburg, South Africa. The role focuses on leading end-to-end SAP HR implementations, integrations, and upgrades across diverse industries.

The ideal candidate holds SAP HR certification with strong understanding of HR processes and is adept at collaborating with stakeholders to optimize SAP HR capabilities, including PA/OM/TM/Payroll/Benefits/Talent Management.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, IT, CS or related field.
• SAP HR certification or equivalent expertise.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
• Understanding HR processes and best practices within diverse industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP HR implementation and support projects.
• Deliver multiple SAP HR projects including full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.
• Experience with SAP HR integration with other systems.
• Understanding and debugging ABAP code would be beneficial.
• Lead blueprinting, design, testing, and post-go-live support for SAP HR implementations.
• Configure SAP HR modules to meet business requirements (PA, OM, TM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR processes and recommend improvements leveraging SAP HR capabilities.

• At least 5 years of experience working as an SAP HR Consultant, with a focus on end[1]to-end implementation and support projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple SAP HR projects, including full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.
• Experience with SAP HR integration with other systems.
• Being able to understand and debug ABAP code would be beneficial.
• Leading end-to-end SAP HR implementation projects, including blueprinting, design, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Configuring and customizing SAP HR modules to meet business requirements, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and recommend process improvements leveraging SAP HR capabilities.
