Job summary

Spinnaker Support is actively seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our team in South Africa. This role focuses on collaborating with Account Executives during prospect development and being the technical expert on our product offerings.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP and excellent problem-solving skills, as you'll advise customers on their support journey. You will participate in shaping our solutions, while also managing technical challenges effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as consultant or solutions architect.
• Excellent product knowledge mainly around ECC and S/4HANA with 10+ years’ experience.
• Good knowledge of SAP competitive and complimentary products.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with account executives during prospect development.
• Advocate and communicate technical capabilities and solutions.
• Conduct cost prediction models and support spend estimates.
