Job summary

AVI Limited, via its I&J Trawling Division in Waterfront, Cape Town, is seeking a SAP PM Administrator. You will manage planning boards for vessels daily, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain accuracy with feedback from Superintendent and vessels.

The role requires strong administrative prowess, maintenance planning experience, and proficiency in SAP PM, MS Office, and vessel systems. Join a team focused on excellence and sustainable seafood operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years maintenance and project planning admin experience in a workshop or engineering environment.
• Experience supporting project managers and superintendents in a heavy industry setting.
• Proficiency with SAP PM, MS Office and vessel-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Record keeping for both vessel and workshops.
• Provide Administrative Support to Workshop Foreman.
• Ordering of equipment and other resources.

Join our I&J Trawling Division in the Waterfront, Cape Town as a SAP PM ADMINISTRATOR and play a key role in managing the planning board for assigned vessels on a daily basis ensuring compliance and deadlines are met resulting in zero errors or defaults from Superintendent and vessel feedback.

• Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Superintendents.

• Providing Administrative Support to Workshop Foreman.
• Ordering of equipment and other resources.

What It Takes To Succeed
