Key Responsibilities:

• SAP HCM Expertise:
  • Utilize deep knowledge of SAP HCM to configure, customize, and optimize HR processes.
  • Implement and maintain SAP HCM modules, with a focus on payroll.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM functionality.
• HR Process Optimization:
  • Streamline and enhance HR processes through SAP HCM solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement efficient workflows.
  • Ensure alignment of SAP HCM configurations with HR policies and best practices.
• Payroll Management:
  • Leverage payroll expertise to manage and optimize payroll processes.
