Job summary

ATS Client is seeking an experienced SAP Authorisation specialist to lead role design, provisioning, and security governance for SAP environments. The role covers 2nd line support, troubleshooting, and extensive interaction with development teams and business leads.

Candidates should have 5–10 years in SAP authorisation, S/4 Hana and Fiori knowledge, strong Excel skills, and a track record of delivering secure role designs across multiple projects. International travel up to 2 weeks is required.

Qualifications

• Min 5 - 10 years' SAP Authorisation experience.
• SAP Authorization in all modules.
• SAP S/4 Hana and Fiori: Fiori Launchpad and Administration.
• MS Excel (Strong Formula knowledge).
• Strong SAP Trace analysis.
• Strong communications skills.
• Strong analyst skills.
• At least 3 full project implementations.
• Good understanding of system landscape to design adequate and governance compliant secure role design and user provisioning.
• Proven experience in roles design and support within a SAP environment.
• Transport creation with CALM.
• ITSM change ticket creation.

Responsibilities

• Role Build (Role changes/new roles).
• 2nd Line Support.
• Trouble shooting.
• Applications operations support for Authorisations.
• Providing 1st level support to users; adhering to documented processes.
• Providing 2nd level support to processes where documented.
• Monitoring logs for user queries.
• Liaise with development/team leads on user access requirements, new transactions, role creation etc.
• Enforce SAP security and SAP development guidelines.
• Delivering security and authorisations support for new project releases.
• Responsible for ensuring prompt resolution of security and authorisations incidents.
• Provide user support in understanding processes related to SAP Authorisation.
• Responsible for ensuring SAP security compliance to internal controls and good practice implementation in SAP authorisation policies to mitigate business risk.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to take up different tasks in the project.
• Willing and able to travel extensively, for up to 2 weeks at a time (international).

Qualifications / Experience

• SAP Experience (5 - 10 Years) K2/3(Authorisation specific).
• SAP Authorization in the followingmodules: Finance & SD. MM would be advantageous.

• Good understanding of systemlandscape to design adequate and governance compliant secure role designand user provisioning.
• Proven experience in roles design andsupport within a SAP environment.
• Good problem-solving capabilities arenecessary to investigate and propose alternate solutions for complianceconflicts.
