Job summary

MultiSEARCH Recruitment seeks a senior SAP specialist to lead complex SAP tasks, guide implementations, and provide expert SAP advisory across Finance and related modules. The role focuses on governance, compliance, and delivering high-quality solutions for clients.

The candidate should have 8–10 years of SAP experience, with 3–4 years at a specialist level, SAP FICA and exposure to S/4HANA implementations, and strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 8–10 years SAP experience, including 3–4 years at specialist level.
• SAP FICA module experience, relevant certification, exposure to S/4HANA implementation.
• Role requires governance, compliance awareness and customer-facing advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex SAP tasks and guide implementation, maintenance and support of SAP modules.
• Communicate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Review and test requirements in Finance, Contract Accounting and Revenue Management.
• Provide expert SAP knowledge to clients and advise on SAP products.
• Recommend changes to optimize systems, policies, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical SAP functional and application problems.
• Contribute to team productivity and project aims.
• Incident resolution, system maintenance, and configuration activities.

• Transfer skills and provide specialist advice.

Job description
