• Knowledge of Agentforce, prompt engineering, and autonomous agent guardrails.
• Ability to explain technical decisions to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design secure, scalable Salesforce environments integrated with multi-agent AI frameworks and external data models.
• Serving as the primary technical authority on complex API integrations, event-driven architecture, and performance bottlenecks.
• Leading architecture workshops with client executives across the UK and Europe to define technical roadmaps.
• Establishing governance frameworks, environment management strategies, and delivery standards for technical teams.
• Evaluating architectural trade-offs and steering enterprise clients away from legacy build patterns.
