Job summary

Collinson Group is seeking a Salesforce Developer within the Salesforce Centre of Excellence to design, build and optimise AI-powered Agentforce solutions and Salesforce AI agents that enhance customer service and membership platforms globally.

You will work with the Platform Manager, Solution Designers and data specialists to shape and implement impactful AI use cases while ensuring scalable, secure and maintainable architectures.

Qualifications

4+ years in Salesforce development roles with Apex, LWC, Flows and SOQL.
Experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud; Agentforce and Data Cloud preferred.
Strong collaboration with stakeholders and knowledge of security, governance and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and optimise Salesforce Agentforce solutions and AI workflows.
Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and APIs.
Collaborate with data Cloud specialists and business stakeholders to define AI use cases.
Monitor performance and ensure security, governance and maintainability.
Stay current with Salesforce AI capabilities and industry best practices.
