Job summary

Priority Pass, part of Collinson, is hiring a Salesforce Developer for Agentforce & AI Solutions. You will design, build, and optimise AI-powered Salesforce Agentforce capabilities focused on customer service and membership.

You will collaborate with Platform Managers, Solution Designers, Tech Leads, and Data Cloud specialists to define and implement impactful AI use cases. The role blends Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL) with AI technologies, automation, and enterprise

Qualifications

4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Hands-on Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, APIs, and platform development.
Experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Knowledge of Agentforce development and Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein).
Understanding of AI concepts, automation workflows, and customer service tech.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and data-driven solutions.
Familiarity with security models, governance, and best practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and optimise Salesforce Agentforce solutions and AI-powered workflows.
Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and APIs.
Contribute to AI-powered customer service and membership solutions using Einstein and Data Cloud.
Define and refine AI/use cases with business stakeholders.
Collaborate with Data Cloud specialists, Solution Designers, and other CoE developers.
Ensure secure, scalable designs aligned with enterprise architecture and governance.
Support testing strategies: unit, integration, and UAT; monitor performance.
