ICG Medical is seeking a Salesforce Administrator III to join our Global IT team in Plattekloof/Cape Town. You will support and develop the Salesforce platform used across our international operations, growing technical skills in CRM administration.

The role requires Salesforce Admin certification or Trailhead Ranger status with a six‑month plan to certify, solid knowledge of Salesforce objects, security, reports and dashboards, and strong Excel skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn and work US-aligned hours.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Data Loader, Flow Builder or recruitment systems advantageous.

• Provide first-line Salesforce support and troubleshoot user issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access.
• Maintain data quality and integrity.
• Configure fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports and dashboards.
• Support testing, releases and deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow data protection policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Salesforce Administrator certification, or Trailhead Ranger status with a commitment to certify within six months.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce objects, security, reports and dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail and Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• A proactive, service-driven mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work US-aligned hours.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Data Loader, Flow Builder or recruitment systems would be advantageous.
