Job summary

ATS Client is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join the team in Bedfordview, Johannesburg. The role is in-office and requires a professional with at least 2 years of experience handling both technical development and functional administration of Salesforce.

You will administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, develop solutions using Apex and LWC, and work on integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, while ensuring data integrity and system performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customisation.
• Working knowledge of Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Solid understanding of Java and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with integrations and API development.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, security, and data integrity
• Develop and customise solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and configuration tools
• Build workflows, process automation, and validation rules to support business processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and ensure optimal performance
• Maintain clear documentation and support continuous system improvements
