Job summary

Lead-Capital-Group in Cape Town is seeking a dynamic Recruiter for our Sales Contact Center. You will source, headhunt, screen and interview quality candidates and build a strong pipeline of sales talent for a high-performance center.

You’ll manage multiple vacancies with pace and precision, ensuring targets, quality standards and timely updates. If you thrive on targets and can move fast without sacrificing candidate quality, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / NSC (NQF Level 4) required.
• 2-3 years’ proven recruitment experience, preferably in sales contact center, call center or BPO.
• Experience recruiting for sales or other target-driven roles.
• Strong headhunting, sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn, social media, job portals and candidate databases.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and telephone skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and headhunt sales talent for current and upcoming vacancies.
• Use LinkedIn, social platforms, portals and databases to find quality candidates.
• Create and post engaging job adverts across relevant platforms.
• Screen CVs and conduct interviews (telephonic, virtual and in-person).
• Assess candidates’ sales experience, communication, attitude and fit for a target-driven sales environment.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and perform reference checks.
• Build a strong sales talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Maintain recruitment records, notes and system updates with accuracy.
• Support high-volume recruitment campaigns and reporting of metrics.
• Deliver against recruitment targets and timelines.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and promote the company as an employer of choice.
