Festive, part of the Astral Group, is seeking a Sales Representative to promote and sell products, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth within South Africa. The role focuses on wholesale accounts, customer management, and expanding brand presence across markets.

The candidate should have Grade 12, 5 years FMCG sales experience preferred, and be able to work under pressure with excellent interpersonal skills. A reliable vehicle with code 8 is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle with a valid code 8 driver’s license.
• Willing to participate in cross-pollination of duties within the sales department.

The role will be promoting and selling products or services to new and existing customers, build client relationships, and driving revenue growth of the business.

The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

• Establishing strong relationships with wholesale customers.
• Customer management and relationship development.
• Managing point of purchase objectives.
• Managing returns according to company policy.
• Managing sales and merchandising agents market coverage.
• Identifying product growth opportunities within our area.
• New accounts and applications.
• Trade shows.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Must have a grade 12
• 5 years's sales experience in the FMCG sector will be an advantage.
