Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing key retail accounts and independent customer relationships.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the retail and stationery market.
• Conduct regular client visits, product demonstrations, and merchandising reviews.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Develop strong customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
• Promote premium local and imported stationery brands to increase market penetration.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2–3 years' proven external sales experience.
• Experience within FMCG, retail distribution, wholesale, office products, or stationery sales will be highly advantageous.
• Strong account management and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Valid South African driver's license.
• Own reliable vehicle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
