Catch Recruit seeks a personable and hardworking Sales Team Member to join the client’s sales team in Sandton. You will work with a Branch Manager to identify potential clients, set meetings, and maintain client relationships.

The role offers commission on top of a base salary and involves researching leads, organizing contacts, outreach via LinkedIn/email/phone, and CRM data entry. Applicants should have a High School diploma, with a degree/diploma advantageous, and sales or related experience

Qualifications

• Good high school results with passes for all subjects.
• University/College Degree/Diploma background with all subjects passed advantageous.
• Cold-calling, sales experience or general work experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Research quality leads/potential clients using internal processes and partner websites.
• Organise leads on a spreadsheet and find suitable contacts for each potential client.
• Reach out to leads via LinkedIn, email and phone to arrange meetings for Branch Managers.
• Follow up after meetings to close deals.
• Inputting data and cross checking leads through CRM systems.
• Prepare reports to identify standings in accordance with meeting targets.

Sales Team Member

Our client is looking for a personable and hard-working individual to join their sales team. Working closely with an assigned Branch Manager, who is responsible for business development and growth globally, the incumbent will be expected to ensure meetings are set up with potential clients and ensure that client relationships are maintained.

This role will provide the incumbent with the opportunity to earn commission on top of a basic salary. On a practical level, this role involves:

1. Researching quality leads/potential clients using internal processes and partner websites
2. Organising leads on a spreadsheet and finding suitable contacts for each potential client
3. Reaching out to leads, via LinkedIn, email and phone, to arrange meetings for Branch Managers
4. Follow up after meetings to close deals
5. Inputting of data and cross checking of leads through Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems
6. Preparing reports to identify standings in accordance with meeting targets
