Job summary

Milton Resourcing is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to cover the Northern Cape region and Lesotho. You will drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships, while maximizing sales opportunities through effective visibility and market share growth.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification in sales or a related field and a proven sales record of at least 3 years in the building industry. Proficiency in SeSotho, SeTswana, English, and Afrikaans is essential.

Overview

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to cover the Northern Cape region and Lesotho, driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships across these regions. Maximise sales opportunities in the area through effective sales visibility and market share growth, whilst building and maintaining good customer relationships. Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the development of new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

Relevant tertiary qualification in sales and/or building or building material related field is advantageous. Proven sales record of at least 3 years, ideally in the building industry. Driver’s licence with a car pre-approval, Matric (Grade12), Good interpersonal skills, Computer literacy, good writing skills, Proficiency in SeSotho, SeTswana, English and Afrikaans.
