Job summary

Uniting Holding in Cape Town seeks a motivated Customer Sales Representative to close sales and grow the customer base. You will use established leads and generate new ones, presenting the benefits of our products to potential customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees not required; relevant diplomas ok.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals.
• Experience in financial services or insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers.
• Develop and maintain positive business relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales with team and other departments.
• Analyse territory/market potential and track sales status.
• Provide reports on customer needs, problems and competitive activities.
• Keep up with best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
