Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team, customers and supply chain to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Receive, process, and distribute customer orders efficiently.
• Handle customer queries and manage incoming calls from suppliers and customers.
• Identify back orders or stock shortages and communicate with clients and the sales team.
• Follow up on order and delivery inquiries and process urgent quotations as needed.
• Manage FOL orders and ensure relevant agreements are completed.
• Update the sales team on logistics and customer requirements with timely feedback on order statuses.
• Record and resolve complaints maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Maintain a delivery note register for manual orders and oversee related administrative tasks.
• Ensure proper documentation and system integrity; assist with stocktakes and service technician schedules.
