Managed People Solutions Pty is seeking motivated individuals for a 12-month full-time internship as a Sales and Merchandising Assistant in Gauteng, specifically Silverlakes. You will ride along with Sales Representatives, support sales efforts, merchandise displays, and assist customers, while earning a monthly stipend.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, teamwork, and development of communication and customer service skills, with availability through the peak festive season.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Travel with Sales Representatives on daily routes as part of a ride-along team.
• Support sales activities and contribute toward achieving sales targets.
• Merchandise products and ensure shelves displays are neat and eye-catching.
• Assist customers and help build positive customer relationships.
