Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in service sales, estimation & bids proposals, with strong customer-relations skills.
• Proven understanding of Hitachi Energy systems and products; experience in the Energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and competitive bids with accurate technical and commercial considerations.
• Drive proactive and reactive sales for High Voltage and Transformer service portfolios.
• Evaluate client requirements, assess commercial terms, and propose techno-commercial solutions.
• Manage tendering processes, pricing strategies, and risk reviews in coordination with the Service Sales Manager.
• Maintain project pipeline, forecasts and documentation using Hitachi Energy tools.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, respond promptly to issues, and act as the voice of the customer internally.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Support marketing activities, product launches, and customer meetings.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, HSE, and quality standards.

Your background

• A bachelor’s degree in in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Service sales, Estimation & Bids Proposals and strong customer relationship skills.

• Proven understanding of Hitachi Energy systems and products

• Experience working within the Energy sector

• Strong commercial, technical, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently, with a strategic and result-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel across assigned countries as needed.

• Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Portuguese is required.
