Job summary

TalenCo Recruitment Specialists is seeking a Sales Manager for a client in the metal processing and recycling sector in South Africa. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, budgeting, and managing procurement and supply chain activities while ensuring compliance and safe collection of recycled metals.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience in supply chain and key account management, with knowledge of metals/commodities and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• B Com / B Tech / National Diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering or Materials Technology is preferred.
• Experience in supply chain management and key account management is essential.
• Experience in recycling/metals/steel sectors preferred.
• Financial analysis, budgeting and reporting experience desired.
• Knowledge of metals/commodities across industries and their applications.

Desired Experience & Qualification
