Job summary

AnyVan is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead our agents across territories where we operate, including reverse auctions with multiple transport partners. You will drive performance, coaching, and negotiations to convert warm demand into booked revenue.

You will join a fast-paced, high-volume commercial environment, collaborating with Marketing and Partnerships to maximise lead conversion, while maintaining data integrity in the CRM and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Director to meet and exceed targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships to maximise lead conversion.
• Define KPIs and motivate the team to achieve them.
• Lead from the front: join calls, close deals, set an example.
• Run live reverse auctions with multiple transport partners.
• Negotiate to balance customer value, supplier pricing, and margins.
• Maintain clean, up-to-date CRM data.
• Analyze performance for trends and opportunities.
