The successful candidate will manage quotations, apply discounts, and coordinate sales activities while maintaining excellent client relations and reporting. Proficiency in Excel and fluency in English and Afrikaans are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous Sales Manager experience.
• Sales admin and coordination at management level.
• Experience with sales margins / GP s and reporting.
• Excellent client service record.
• Excellent business communication in both English and Afrikaans.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Approve quotations.
• Apply discount structures.
• Manage customer relations via social media platforms.
• Back-up for loading queries from social media.
• Back up for Enquiry Manager.
• Manage missed call log and sales diary.
• Follow up on open / closed orders on a weekly basis.
• Generate and review sales reports monthly.
• Monthly data collection for Marketing Department.
• Open job card maintenance.
• Arrange business cards / T-shirts, corporate gifts, etc. on an ad-hoc basis.
• Conduct marketing research on an ad-hoc basis.
