Job summary

Jobs 4 All in South Africa’s Western Cape seeks a Sales Manager with truck sales experience to lead a high‑performing team. You will develop strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, set targets, and coach staff to deliver excellent customer service.

You will coordinate with marketing on lead generation, track performance, and report results while ensuring cost control. The role requires 2–3 years in sales management, matric or higher, and a valid Code 8 driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar Sales Management role.
• Proven commercial vehicle (truck) sales experience (essential).
• Experience in planning & implementing sales strategies.
• Experience managing and directing a sales team.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Matric or higher.
• Valid Code 8 Driver’s License.
