Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales activities for strategic accounts.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and ensure efficient dealer-level coordination.
• Provide transport consultancy and sales engineering support to guide correct vehicle selection.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and uphold company SHE policies and best practices.
• Meet or exceed targets for unit sales, market share, and gross profit.
• Oversee the complete deal process, including vehicle selection, fitment, delivery, payment, and file closure.
• Ensure deliveries and handovers are well-controlled and aligned with warranty standards.
• Maintain frequent and structured contact with both prospective and existing customers (calls and visits).
• Keep customers informed throughout the vehicle transaction process.
• Keep customer database accurate and aligned with company records.
• Regularly update and share the database with Sales Management.
• Proactively grow customer relationships by sharing relevant market updates and maintaining ongoing engagement.
• Ensure timely vehicle invoicing and payment processing in line with sales terms.
• Support commission pay-outs by maintaining payment compliance.
• Confirm full payment on all cash sales.
• Maintain high-quality, relevant communication with customers.
• Reinforce the company’s image as a reliable and trustworthy brand.
• Approach all sales with diligence and contribute to overall departmental goals in sales and profitability.
