Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT support, computer sales, or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store, via phone and email to drive sales.
• Promote hardware, software, peripherals and IT services.
• Provide technical support, installations, repairs and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and repair desktops and laptops.
• Install and configure Windows and related software.
• Prepare computers for deployment and assist with data migrations.
