Job summary

Fusion Personnel is seeking a dynamic external sales professional based in Johannesburg to generate new business opportunities in the travel industry.

You will build relationships with wholesalers, airlines, tour operators and hotels, present tailored advertising solutions, and drive revenue through proactive prospecting while meeting monthly targets. Hybrid work with permanent employment and uncapped commission awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven hunter-style external sales experience.
• Experience in travel industry is advantageous, with wholesalers/airlines/tour operators exposure.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric.
• Proven track record in hunter-style external sales and new business development.
• Experience within the travel industry is advantageous, particularly dealing with wholesalers, airlines, tour operators, hotels, car rental companies or related industries.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with decision-makers and senior executives.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Must be based in Johannesburg.
