Responsibilities

• Receive inbound customer sales inquiries.
• Provide quotations, product/service information, support and pricing details.
• Promote features and benefits of company products/services.
• Process sales orders and arrange dispatch and administration of products/services sold.
• Handle customer complaints related to sales in a timely manner.
• Maintain sales statistics and records of performance.
• Support RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and other sales documents.
• Identify and relay sales leads to external sales staff.
• Maintain client databases.
• Collaborate with internal and external sales teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric Certificate/NQF Level 4 Electrical Qualification or The Equivalent
• 4-5 Years' sales experience in the electrical engineering industry (electrical background is critical)
• Previous customer service experience
• Proficient on MS Word and Excel
• Ax system / Syspro knowledge advantageous
• Previous experience in the material handling and crane industry beneficial
• Previous experience in flexible cable beneficial
• Electrical & mechanical field experience
• Material handling knowledge of all types of industrial applications

Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound Customer sales inquiries
• Provide quotations, product / service information, support and pricing details in response to inbound enquiries
• Promote the features and benefits of the company's products / services
• Process sales orders and arrange the dispatch and administration of products / services sold
• Receive, manage or escape Customer complaints related to the sale of the company's products / services
• Maintain sales statistics and records of sales performance
• Provide administrative support for the production of RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and other sales related documents
• Identify sales leads and escape them to external Sales staff
• Maintain Client databases
• Work closely with External Sales Representatives and act as a support
• Work closely with Internal Sales Manager
