Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Sales Engineer - Capital Sales (Africa) to join our client’s team based in the East Rand, with regular travel across Africa. The role focuses on technical sales and capital equipment solutions, requiring a strong commercial mindset and the ability to operate across borders.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of technical sales experience, a mechanical/engineering qualification, and the autonomy to work remotely while coordinating

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant technical field
• Proven experience in sales, business development or technical sales
• Demonstrated cross-border sales experience in Sub-Saharan Africa
• Strong commercial and financial understanding
• Comfortable working independently, remotely and across multiple regions
• Matric / Grade 12 (English and Mathematics)
• Relevant technical diploma or degree (Mechanical / Engineering related)
