Job summary

The role supports store performance through good merchandising, accurate pricing, and efficient service. Matric and at least 6 months of retail experience are required, along with reliable transport to cover shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide AWESOME customer service to give customers a WOW experience.
• Attend to unique and individual shopping needs of each customer and always put the Customer first.
• Ensure promotions are executed timeously and merchandising standards are maintained.
• Assist customers on the shop floor and by telephone, advising on product range, price and warranties.
• Participate in stock takes and help minimize stock loss.
