Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, maintain clean CRM records, and book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives while collaborating with the sales team.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
