Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You will create the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients and drive pipeline.

As a remote SDR in South Africa, you will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo to craft personalized outreach, identify decision makers, and maintain clean Salesforce

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalise outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
