BIC World is seeking a Sales Data Analyst in Johannesburg, South Africa. You will support Sales and Commercial teams by analyzing SFA data, transforming data into actionable insights, and driving business performance. You will ensure data integrity in the SFA platform and assist with onboarding and adoption.

The role requires 2–3 years in data analytics, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and experience with SFA systems. Collaboration with Sales Management and IT is essential to success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Commerce or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in Data Analytics, Sales Analytics, or Sales Operations within FMCG or similar.
• Experience with Sales Force Automation systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills.
• Experience with SQL, data visualization, and BI tools advantageous.
