You will lead operations staff, coordinate cross‑department workflows, manage online campaigns, and create insights that improve efficiency and accountability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a company dashboard and reporting system to analyse sales performance and operational data.
• Query and extract data from the Vision database using SQL Server.
• Develop backend and reporting functionality using Python.
• Create performance tracking tools and reporting mechanisms for management.
• Manage online marketing campaigns and analyze performance.
• Lead operational staff and coordinate across departments.
• Automate manual business processes.
• Build an internal task management platform for staff tasks and follow-ups.
• Generate operational reports and provide recommendations for efficiency.
