Our client is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing administrative and operational processes related to customer orders logistics and distribution.
Process sales orders from receipt to delivery.
Coordinate with warehouses, logistics providers and suppliers.
Track and monitor inventory levels and product availability.
Act as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries.
Handle complaints, provide order status updates and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare sales reports, documentation and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate records of orders, pricing and customer interactions.
Support the sales team with proposals, quotations and documentation requests.
Liaise with logistics and supply chain teams to meet delivery timelines.
Ensure compliance with delivery requirements and safety standards.
Matric (BCom or relevant qualification advantageous).
2 3 years experience in sales coordination, order processing or supply chain support.
Experience in the chemical manufacturing or industrial sector advantageous.
