Job summary

Careful Movers is seeking a confident, motivated Sales Consultant to help customers plan their moves and convert enquiries into bookings. If you're strong at building relationships, following up and closing deals, we want to hear from you.

You will convert inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and online channels, tailor quotes, handle objections and push for the booking while maintaining accurate records and a smooth handover to operations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' sales experience with a proven record of meeting targets.
• Strong closing, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Professional telephone manner and clear written communication.
• Confidence using email, spreadsheets and CRM or lead-tracking systems.
• A self-motivated, organised approach and consistent follow-up habits.
• Experience in removals, logistics or service-based sales would be an advantage.
