Job summary

Momentum Centurion location seeks an experienced regulatory compliance administrator to support mandatory licensing and fit & proper processes within the sales call centre environment. You will ensure regulatory requirements are met, manage licensing renewals and amendments, and keep records up-to-date across compliance registers.

The role collaborates with Compliance & Risk and updates management on licensing changes and day-to-day regulatory matters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FSP licensing for brokerages, regulatory compliance, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fit and proper requirements and CMS accreditation requirements.
• Manage Financial adviser fit and proper competency including RE5, accreditation renewals, representative amendments, applicable brokerage registers and related records.
• Manage and update fit and proper and conflict of interest register.
• Track regulatory changes from Compliance team and implement on day-to-day operations.
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders: Compliance & Risk.
• Provide regular licensing and compliance updates to management.
