TFG Jewellery brands in South Africa are seeking energetic sales associates who excel at customer service and fashion insight. You will engage shoppers, showcase products, and work toward sales targets while staying current with the latest trends in jewelry, apparel, and décor.

This role emphasizes a proactive, independent approach in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to communicate clearly, build customer loyalty, and contribute to a high-energy store culture across multiple brand

Formación

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Being an ambassador for our brand and offering amazing customer experience.
• Exceed customer expectations by identifying and providing them with the best possible solutions.
• Actively keeping track of sales performance against target.
• Selling a diverse product range and keeping up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends.
• Searching out opportunities for making new sales.
• Assist with replenishing of stock to ensure the store is ready for our customers at all times.

• Grade 12 (Matric)
