Job summary

TFG Limited in Johannesburg invites applications for a Sales Associate (Mat Cover) to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will act as brand ambassador, assist customers, achieve sales targets and keep stock replenished.

Requirements include Grade 12, a passion for people, strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is a temporary mat cover within our jewellery division.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the brand and provide excellent customer experience.
• Identify and provide customers with solutions to exceed expectations.
• Track sales performance against targets and contribute to results.
• Sell a diverse product range and stay updated with trends in décor and fashion.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and close deals.
• Assist with replenishing stock to keep the store ready for customers.
