Job summary

The Unlimited, represented by Global Direct, is seeking a self-motivated sales representative to promote short-term insurance products. This is Commission Only with uncapped earning potential; first month typically R8,000–R12,000 and increases with performance.

You will generate leads, present products, close sales, and complete applications. Requires matric or higher, strong communication, reliable transport, and South African citizenship.

• Proven sales ability or strong motivation to sell (insurance or related sales is a plus).

Introduction

• Fully commission-based — no basic salary. First month earnings typically R8,000–R12,000 (dependent on individual effort and results) and increases with time and experience.
• Free training provided: product knowledge (The Unlimited’s products), sales approach, lead generation, and objection handling.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• At least matric (NQF 4), or any higher qualification (NQF 5+).
• Proven sales ability or strong motivation to sell (experience in insurance or related sales is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Reliable transport and ability to travel locally for client visits.
• Basic smartphone and ability to use simple sales/admin apps.
• South African citizen with a South African ID.
