Key Purpose Of The Role
We are looking for a Nelspruit based, detail-oriented and organised Operations Administrator to support the end-to-end onboarding and administration of merchants. The role is responsible for accurate contract processing, compliance coordination, record maintenance and resolving operational queries. The successful candidate will work closely with Admin Operations Manager and other stakeholders to ensure that processes are completed accurately, efficiently and within required timelines. This role is suited to someone who is administratively strong, customerfocused, comfortable working with numbers and systems and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications And Experience
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Financial or related tertiary qualification advantageous.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- 2+ years' administration experience.
- Ability to work a 6-day week.
- No criminal record and no ITC listing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding and contract processing of merchants, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance checks and timely completion.
- Process and reconcile MOMO top-ups, ensuring accurate allocation of funds and resolution of discrepancies.
- Provide professional customer and stakeholder support, resolving queries and escalating issues where required.
- Maintain accurate records, master data and operational reports.
- Support general administration, including backlog clearance and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and other stakeholders to ensure efficient operational support.
- Build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships while delivering customer-focused service.
- Manage priorities and deadlines effectively while demonstrating professionalism, teamwork and accountability.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and adherence to company values.
