Job summary

Sage X3 Principal Solutions Consultant role in Johannesburg requires leadership in presales engagements, executive workshops, and strategic solution architectures. You will partner with sales and customers to shape transformation roadmaps and deliver measurable business value.

You will mentor others, drive presales governance, and champion the Sage X3 ecosystem across enterprise opportunities, with 3 days in the Johannesburg office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in ERP consulting, solution consulting or presales.
• At least 5 years hands-on with Sage X3 or similar ERP.
• Proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Experience leading enterprise sales engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise presales engagements and executive discovery workshops.
• Design tailored Sage X3 solution architectures addressing complex needs.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations and ROI-focused proposals.
• Develop competitive value propositions and strategic account plans.
• Mentor junior consultants and drive presales excellence.
