Job summary

Sage is seeking a high-performing Sales Account Manager for Sage X3 to expand in the Africa & Middle East region. Location: Johannesburg office three days a week. You will drive revenue growth, manage complex ERP deals, and lead new customer acquisition with partners and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ERP software sales, strong relationships with executives, and excellent pipeline management. This role offers a dynamic hybrid work setup and extensive product training.

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• A BCom in Marketing or related commercial qualification will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue Growth and hit regional sales targets for Sage X3 and broader Sage portfolio.
• Execute regional sales strategies across Africa & Middle East to grow the business.
• Identify, qualify and convert new opportunities while expanding Sage's market presence.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and close plans.
• Collaborate with Sage Business Partners to close opportunities and support joint initiatives.
• Lead customer discovery, cost-benefit analyses, and compelling value propositions to win deals.
