Job summary

Sage in Johannesburg seeks a Sage X3 Development Specialist to empower customers by solving complex X3 issues and sharing expert knowledge with colleagues, partners and clients.

This hybrid role requires three days on-site per week at our Johannesburg office. You will maintain expert Sage X3 knowledge, lead knowledge-sharing initiatives, understand customer needs, and manage X3 source code requests via Jira, including on-site and remote site rescues with a focus on results.

Qualifications

• Sage X3 expertise (technical and functional).
• Experience delivering customer-focused support and solutions.
• Experience using Jira to manage code requests.

• Leading on-site and remote "site rescues" to resolve critical issues.
