Job summary

Edge Executive Search Group is assisting a client in Johannesburg with a Sage Implementation Consultant role. The candidate will lead end-to-end Sage ERP implementations, translate accounting requirements into system configuration, and train users across multiple projects.

We seek Afrikaans-speaking professionals who have completed SAIPA or SAICA Articles, with strong accounting knowledge and client-facing skills. Occasional travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field is required.
• Completed SAIPA or SAICA Articles is essential.
• Afrikaans-speaking proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-cycle Sage ERP implementations for new and existing clients.
• Analyse business processes and gather client requirements.
• Configure Sage solutions according to client needs.
• Deliver user training and post-implementation support.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams throughout project delivery.
• Prepare project plans, functional specifications, status reports and documentation.
